My Journey: From Searching to Discovering Affiliate Marketing
Like many young people, I finished my examinations believing the road ahead was clear: get qualified, find work, and build a stable life. I went on to work as an engineer, and I was grateful for the opportunity.
But somewhere along the way, a quiet question began to follow me: why was it so hard to save and actually reach my personal goals? Working hard was not the problem. Something about my situation needed to change.
So I started asking how. How do I change my situation? How do I add something new to my life? That question sent me searching online.
The internet is full of opportunities, and also full of noise. I explored many of them. Two paths that caught my attention were cryptocurrency trading and cryptocurrency mining.
It did not go the way I hoped. I experienced losses. It was painful, but it taught me something valuable: enthusiasm without skill and understanding is not a strategy.
Then I discovered affiliate marketing. Instead of rushing in, I researched the industry, how it works, and what it takes to do it properly. I focused on learning practical skills.
I also realised I needed guidance, so I found a mentor and trainer. Then came the difficult decision: paying for training. It was not easy. But it taught me the importance of commitment. When you invest in yourself, you take the learning seriously.
